We dispatch every order with care to keep your fruit at peak freshness. Most deliveries arrive within 2–3 days, and you will receive a tracking link when your box ships. Our insulated packaging and cool packs ensure your berries, grapes and watermelon stay fresh from our farm to your door.
We offer free delivery on orders over £30. Express next-day options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
If your fruit arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, we will replace it or offer a full refund within 7 days. We guarantee freshness — if it is not, let us know.
If your delivery arrives with damaged fruit, let us know right away and we'll send a replacement immediately.
